Q. What is your success rate?
A. About 80/20 in terms of those that lose weight and are followed up 12-months after starting the program. It is evident that the clients that work harder and follow the process get 100% of the results for a number of reasons. Unfortunately thats something that is out of my control and there are no tools to motivate someone to do the work when they just don't want to.
Q. What exactly do you help people with?

Q. At what point can you help people?
A. Any level. You can have 100lb or 10lb to lose. We work with everyone where they are at. Even if your goal is to feel better in your body, our program is right for you.
Q. Are you qualified?
A. I've been working in the Health & Fitness industry since 2006 which in when I first started my study (diploma in applied sport and science). Since then i've spent my time working with sports teams, athletes and 'average Joes and Janes' in commercial gyms. So yes, I am very well qualified to do what I do.
Q. Why would I choose you over another health coach?
A. Because I have the experience to back my program. There are so many people in the coaching industry with the invention of social media, and unfortunately a lot of them don't really have any experience. Yes they may have a couple of fast transformations and a few booty pics, but that doesn't prove they have a method that works long term.
Q. I've tried other programs or trainers and didn't get results. How can I be sure this will work?
A. Psychology. I can guarantee they didn't address this topic. Until you change your beliefs and thought patterns, you won't get long lasting results, and most programs and coaches don't even mention it. There's also a conditional money back guarantee, so what have you got to lose?
Q. Do I need to be good with technology?
A. No! As long as you have a smart phone, everything is pretty simple from there. We have a bunch of videos that can be watched from your phone. The apps we use in the programs are super simple to use too!
Q. Do I actually speak to you 1-on-1?
A. Yes! Every fortnight we have a call to see how things are going and address any questions or challenges from the previous two weeks.
Q. Do I need to be able to exercise?
A. No. Exercise is only one part of the 6-pillars and its not even in the top 3 most important.
