3-Ingredient Choc Almond Ice-cream

Ingredients: (serves one)

  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped

  • 1/8 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • optional: 85% dark chocolate

  • optional: almond milk


  1. Add banana, cacao powder and almond butter to blender

  2. Blend on high until you get a good smooth consistency (use a splash of almond milk if mixture is not blending well)

  3. Serve with dark choc chunks mixed through (optional)

  4. For thicker consistency, add mixture to freezer for 60-minutes
