Ingredients: (serves one)
2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
1/8 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
optional: 85% dark chocolate
optional: almond milk
Add banana, cacao powder and almond butter to blender
Blend on high until you get a good smooth consistency (use a splash of almond milk if mixture is not blending well)
Serve with dark choc chunks mixed through (optional)
For thicker consistency, add mixture to freezer for 60-minutes
