Dairy-Free Protein Powder Pancakes


Ingredients: (Serves 2)
80 grams Rolled Oats (dry weight)
120 milliliters hot water (to cook oats)
1 30g scoop protein powder (blend or isolate)
60 grams egg whites
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to taste)
coconut oil spray
almond extract (optional:)
almond butter (optional)
blueberries (optional)
maple syrup (optional)
Preparation:
Mix oats with hot water.
Stir and let stand for a couple minutes till fluffy.
Mix protein powder with the eggs and then mix this with the oats.
Stir in the cinnamon and almond extract and fry on a hot griddle sprayed with coconut oil spray.
serve with blueberries and small drizzle of maple syrup.
