Lettuce Wrap Tacos

0.6 kg. lean ground beef mince
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning, (or make your own: 2 tsp. chilli power, 1 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder, cumin and dried oregano)
1 large tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
Romaine or cos lettuce leaves, for serving
Salt and pepper
Add some coconut oil to a pan that has been preheated to medium-high heat.
Add half the onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the beef and taco seasoning; season to taste.
When the beef is cooked, prepare the individual tacos by distributing the meat equally on 8 lettuce leaves. Top with the remaining onion, tomato, and avocado.
