GROUP FITNESS

Group Fitness is a great way to meet like-minded people who are looking to achieve similar goals. This type of training comes at a lower price point than private training and groups can consist of anywhere between 2 and 8 people.


Group Fitness classes range from Kettlebells, Mobility & Flexibility, Strength and Lean Muscle Builder.

Classes range in length from 45-60 minutes.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Private Training is the quickest way to achieve your health and fitness goals. From nutrition to exercise, mindset to lifestyle recommendations, private training allows for a more tailored package.


Private training covers exercise programming, nutrition recommendations, mindset training, measurements, goal setting and accountability.

We recommend seeing a Trainer between 1-5 times weekly dependant on your experience and goals.

ONLINE COACHING

Not everyone lives where we operate. With online coaching you have the ability to get all the benefits of private training from wherever you are in the world.


Work with one of our experienced coaches as they guide you on nutrition, exercise programming, goal setting and accountability. With the ability to tailor a program to your lifestyle and needs, there's no longer an excuse not to get the Primal Project experience.

Online coaching also offers the ability to Skype or FaceTime your coach, maintaining that one-on-one experience.
